How to Order:
1/ Shopping Cart: Use the buttons to add goods to your basket and then checkout via the View Cart button at the bottom of each page.

2/ By Phone: UK Customers can order and pay by credit or debit card over the phone. Please call 01949 876062 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and have details of the items you wish to order and your card details to hand, if the shop is open and we are busy we may ask for your telephone number and call you back at a more convenient moment.

1/ Credit/Debit Card via PayPal shopping cart in GB£. If you are an international customer, paypal will transfer your payment into GB£ but deduct your card in your own currency. The exchange rate is calculated by PayPal at the time the transaction takes place.

2/ UK customers may also pay by Credit/Debit card over the phone (see above) or Cheque with Bankers card, Postal order or Bankers draft. If you wish to pay this way please email your order. Payment details will be sent by return with your 'Order Confirmation Email'. If payment is made by Cheque your Cheque will be banked within 24 hrs of its receipt and your goods dispatched on the day the cheque clears.

Post & Packaging/Shipping:
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.
Order's upto £150.00 - 1st Class - £2.95 p&p.
Orders over £150.00 - Special Delivery - £6.95 p&p.
This applies to both UK and International customers, however, some items are not available for international shipping at this postage rate (due to the weight of the item). These items are marked 'UK delivery only' where applicable.  If you are an international customer and you would really like one of these items, email us and we will advise you if the item can be shipped to you and how much the additional postage will be.

International Customers ordering Silver: Royal Mail no longer insure Sterling Silver Jewellery being posted internationally. Therefore, any international orders placed for said items are posted on the assumption that the customer now accepts full liability for loss. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order for Sterling Silver items.

Delivery Schedule:
We aim to have all items in stock and ready to send on receipt of your Credit/Debit Card payment or clearance of your Cheque.

Smaller items will be sent 1st Class Letter rate  - Deliveries to UK address 2-3 days,  International 5-8 working days.
Larger items will be sent via Standard Parcels - Delivery to UK address 3-5 days, International 7 to 10 working days.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Earthchild Ltd guarantee your satisfaction. All of our Jewellery and New Age products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.

Returns Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days, in it's original condition, and with it's original packaging if appropriate. We will offer you the choice of a full refund or an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage unless the item being returned to us is faulty.

Privacy Policy:
Earthchild Ltd do not and will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party, at any time with all informationn being held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may store your details in our own database, and use them to contact you with the occasional flyer or special offer, usually via email. If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please email with your details and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
